SHIPPING/RETURNS/REFUNDS POLICY
Goods shipped remain the property of Fashion Forecast Services P/L until full payment has been received. No Statement will be issued. Order cancelations and Backorder cancelations must be made within 24 hours of placing order, or notice of backorder. Returns / Exchanges will not be accepted, unless authorised by Fashion Forecast Services.
DELIVERY POLICY
We will endeavour to ship all orders within 48 hours. We will advise you by email if there is a longer delay. Backorders may take up to 10 working days.
TRANSACTION CURRENCY
All transactions are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
